THE CAUSE ANNOUNCE TWO DAY RE-OPENING PARTY ACROSS ITS FULL SITE

Taking place across multiple indoor and outdoor areas, the London club aims for a full re-opening weekend on Friday 25th and Saturday 26th June

No artists have been announced, but expect a host of ace selectors as The Cause prepares for what will undoubtedly be a historic weekend and very possibly it's best party to date. Lucky ticket holders will have access to The Theatre, the new warehouse room which was finally built in April of last year after The Cause raised £41,179 on the crowdfunder. Tickets for The Cause can be purchased HERE.

Stuart Glen, co-founder says “When our site was operational last summer it was pretty much illegal to dance. Having the opportunity to let people move around again, to have the freedom to dance, to get lost in the music, it will be an amazing moment in time. I am buzzing to say the least! We can’t wait to show you what we have in store.

The opening Sunday (27th June) will also feature a new party ‘In Full Swing’, a huge summer soiree dedicated to all strands of UK garage, past, present and future, held in association with Earful of Wax, Dim Sum Records and Shuffle’N’Swing.

The Cause has also teased out key 2021 dates including the clubs 3rd Birthday Dance Energy Weekender (31st - 1st August) and its annual Halloween Block Party. Also penned is a Yoyaku x Alien Communications showcase (10th July) and legendary London house music collective Faith celebrating both their 21st and 22nd birthdays (17th July).

If the above isn’t enough, the team will be planning to start several parties at 8am moving forward as the co-founder, Stuart Glen, reckons we’ve wasted too much time off the dancefloor over the past year. He continues “Turning up at breakfast time is the hallmark of a legendary club. Think about it. Trade at Turnmills, DC10, Sundays at Space, Elrow’s original Row14 parties, even Berghain is always best at this time. Doesn’t sound so silly now does it?

The Cause is quickly becoming a London clubbing institution, ever adapting and evolving to meet the needs of London clubbers. During the pandemic the team reacted quickly and efficiently to allow as many people as possible to carry on the partying. Now they’ve moved the posts once more to create a multi-room clubbing complex like the clubs of days gone.
